Hello Sky,
I went ahead and responded to both people. But more in detail to Anja's questions. I found her questions helpful to me.
Particularly question 5. I've been struggling the last month. It's crazy,
because this last week the pain in my legs and sensation have been so intense
and at times painful. And I experience sensations throughout the day. Not
just when meditating. But nothings been happening
with it. I think her questions helped me to reflect on a few things. I plan
to print out her 5 questions at posted them in my bedroom to help me remember
and stay focused.
Here is the email I sent her:
Hi Anja, I prefer to keep my email address private.
Please don't share it with anyone. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Is
there a faster result when doing meditation 2 - 3 times a day (for about 30
min. each? or 1 hour)
- I personally don't find that overdoing meditation helps. I believe what
will help is having faith 24/7 that the result will happen. Don't
doubt, don't be afraid of failure, just focus on the positive and your final
result. Try your best to keep up on a regular routine of 2 times per day for
20 to 45 minutes. However long you think will benefit you.
How can
i involve the senses in the visualization (quote:
Don't forget to involve your senses in your visualization.
)
- To involve your senses, you want to get completely involved in the
visualization. You want to feel your new long legs by touch,
you want to hear things around you. You want to make that visualization as
real as possible. It's even still hard for me to hold on to a visualization like that for a long time. Don't forget your
deep breathing, it will help you to be able to relax
enough, to where visualization will become easier.
Should
I do stretching, shinbone routine and other exercises in addition to
meditation?
- You can definitely do an exercise routine along with meditation. Take care
of your body while it's trying to grow. Take vitamins and eat right! Try a
stretching routine, maybe yoga. But please don't do too much. You can burn
out quickly if you overwhelm yourself with too many things. Don't forget, you
can get results if you exercise or not. The meditation is the most important.
Don't
burden yourself with too much, don't force it with
your own power. You're mind will take care of it for you. Just
have faith in it. And don't try to hard. The sub-conscience doesn't work that
way. The harder you try, the more you prevent yourself from experiencing
results. You have to decide if an intense excercise
routine will help you, or keep you from getting results. More can actually be
less and vice versa.
How did
Corin grow? She wrote, she
measured herself not very often. Did she see any "differences"? Or
one day to another a gain of 1 whole cm??
- Yes, I saw differences. I got familiar with my body in the beginning. How
long do my legs look, and my spine or upper body. I would notice in the
morning when I got up, I would just feel a little different. Sometimes
exhausted. I would experience pain in my legs or back for many days or weeks
before the real results showed. I really can't say how much in one shot,
because I think it would start out a little slow. Then suddenly there was a
difference. I wish I could be more specific. But then ofcourse,
everyone
is different. Your experience in growing could be very different then mine.
I was 29 years old, and growing. It's hard to say if there are any set rules
to it. ????? I will say that it really hurt! :-)
How can
i reach this feeling of "letting go"?
- That is a very good question. It's hard for me often to "let go"
during meditation. This comes with practice. I have to admit, these days I'm
struggling with the routine, with no results. And I try to think
back to last year around this time, what I was doing differently that I'm not
doing now. Last year I was able to "let go" better than I have been
lately. When meditating, the deep breathing helped me to allow my mind to get
to another level of conscienceness. And
now that I'm thinking about it, that's something I haven't been doing lately.
Really relax, and focus on each breath in and out. Don't push to meditate,
wait until about 5 to 10 minutes into meditating. Allow your mind to relax
itself first, so then you can introduce your visualizations. Continue
the deep breathing throughout your meditation, and treat as an important and
vital part of your routine. That was something I learned from Zixia. Thank you for the question, now I can work on that
for myself too!
--------------
Sky, I hope the info was helpful to you. It was helpful to me. You are
welcome to send me more questions when you have them. Happy growing!
