II.  Questions about Sky, Juan, & other experimenters

1)  Growing taller was the impossible dream.  So Sky, how did you turn this dream into a reality?

– Increasing height was an unbelievable obstacle.  I read, took notes, and documented thousands of materials on the Internet.  My INTENSE research eventually escalated as there were some nights I only slept a few hours.  I was just so fascinated about bone remodeling and how it actually occurred to people after puberty.  My on-going project represents more than 6 months of consistent study, research, development, trial and error in a few scientific fields such as Anatomy & Physiology (Wolff's law and bone remodeling) and Physics (gravity, weights, and forces).  I read hundreds of books, documented countless of written materials, talked to hundreds of people, visited thousands of websites, and reviewed hundreds of messages on discussion forums.

My girlfriend thinks I'm nuts for doing so many things at once.  Anyhow, i may be the most fanatical guy in this universe whose only desire is to grow taller.. it's exciting & i'm lovin' it.

2)  How did Sky & Juan work together?
– We got to know each other a while back in early June 2004.  I e-mailed Juan my telephone number because I wanted to talk to him personally and shared my research & experiments with him.  Only a few hours later, Juan immediately called my cell phone and the rest was history.

I was surprised to hear that Juan’s routine was so much similar from my then developing shin bone million dollar routine.  There were a few things that Juan experimented and they were cool and different!  First, Juan learned a kicking routine from Eric (Fawaz al-naimi), whose routine was to stand vertically on the ground and to kick very low.  Second, Juan was sitting with ankle weights 30 lb on each leg and he used lots of foam to protect his ankle & shin bone.  Third, Juan was taking calcium, vitamin d, glucosamine, and chondroitin everyday.  Finally, Juan was the first to come up with the idea of using nylon ropes to dangle with iron plates while sitting.  It was a breakthrough and an amazing method to sit with extremely HEAVY ankle weights.  And I loved it!

On the other hand, my routines & methods were slightly the different from those of Juan’s.  First, my kicking routine was dissimilar because I chose to sit on a chair instead of standing.  Second, I bought different pairs of ankle weights (10 lb & 20 lb per pair), high boots, knee-support strap, soft-cotton pillows, foam, back-support strap, and stationary bike.  I used these equipments and experimented to kick, bike, dangle, sit, lie, and sleep with them.  Third, I did a lot of research about vitamins & supplements and later discovered that the absorption rate of liquid-form supplements is much more effective than pill or capsule-form.

3)  What are Sky, Juan, EasyHeight Support Team, and other experimenters are presently doing?

- Juan is currently doing the shin bone million dollar routine and he hopes to gain 2 full inches later this fall.  Also, in early July 2004, he will travel back to Mexico for 2 weeks; as a result, he will stop doing the shin bone routine.  Moreover, after having a blast in the sunshine Mexican beach with his girlfriends, Juan will fly back to the U.S. and he will continue to push hard and resume the shin bone routine.

- Sky is currently doing the shin bone & backbone million dollar routine at the same time.  Also, he is vigorously experimenting to grow the backbone & thigh bone with different routines, exercises, and exercise equipment/device.

Furthermore, Sky has no plan to travel because he wants to focus 110% on growing and expanding the Before/After Recruiting Campaign.  He believes that a picture is worth a thousand words.  And of course, the only way to make doubters believe is to post before & after pictures on his website.

- EasyHeight Support Team is currently working to promote our new campaigns - Before/After Recruiting Campaign & Word-of-mouth Traffic Campaign.

- Our Before/After Recruiting members are working hard this summer to gain height.  They look forward to send EasyHeight Support Team their “after pictures” by fall 2004.

4)  Are there any pictures of Juan?
– Juan is not into pictures and he is not a big fan of the media’s frenzy.  I try to convince Juan to take some pictures of his shin bone.  His response is, “I’m working on it.”  Hopefully, we will have more pictures this fall 2004.

5)  How many centimeters did Juan grow?
– Juan started his experiments in March 2004.  He has gained more than 1 inch (2.54 cm) less than 3 months doing the shin bone routine.  And the guy is 37 years old!  That’s some breathtaking phenomenon!

6)  Sky, how many centimeters have you gained from the shin bone routine?
– I started the shin bone million dollar routine in June and was never consistent with it because I spent hundreds of hours every night researching & building my website.  However, I did sit with ankle weights off and on for about 2 weeks, I can tell you that I immediately FEEL that my legs are extremely stretched and lengthened every time I finish sitting with ankle weights for 2 hours straight.  It is a great sensation as if I’m walking on clouds.

Have I gained any height?  YES!  I begin to see some noticeable growth in the shin bone.  Furthermore, I will not elaborate on this topic because a picture is worth a thousand words as I would like to post my “after pictures” a few months later when I have gained at least 1 full inch.  So, do NOT bother me and keep asking about my progress.

Thus, after EasyHeight.com is 100% updated, I plan to stay consistent with the shin bone routine as well as doing the backbone routine at the same time.

7)  Besides Juan, who else has increased their height from doing the shin bone routine?
– A few other experimenters in USA, Europe, and Mexico who are approaching their 3rd week from doing our shin bone million dollar routine.  They are members of our Before/After Recruiting Campaign that I frequently keep in contact with by phone or e-mail.  The results are slow, steady, and noticeable.  These experimenters immediately FEEL that their shin bone is lengthened and stretched every time they finish sitting with the ankle weights (30 lb on each leg) for 2 hours straight.  Also, they claim that they are likely to see a first 1 cm in growth by the 4th or 5th week.

8)  When did King & Licong start the shin bone routine?
– Not right now.  They’re busy with school & work.  King is struggling with financial issues because he lives alone in Philadelphia and has to support himself.  King helped me to test a few experiments with ankle weights.

Furthermore, Licong is currently working for an accounting firm but he is trying to look for a better position at a different company.  He would like to gain some height but he’s too busy searching for a stable job.  Licong helped me by taking over 160 pictures of my research & experiments.

9) I'm 16 yrs of age, do u have a routine for anyone under 18?

– I believe it is NOT lawfully appropriate to educate anyone under 18 years of age to follow a theory that is disagreed by doctors.. plus, most of u guys at this age are still growing naturally.. in conclusion, make your own judgment, and do so at your own risk.


10)  Why do we have to wait until Fall 2004 for the before & after pictures?

– Keep in mind that it was never my intention to launch www.easyheight.com in this summer.  My plan was to launch this website in Fall 2004 with all the proof, evidence, analysis, before/after pictures, and everything ready.  Anyhow, due to INTENSE pressure from hundreds of people from all discussion forums & AOL chatrooms, I was forced to reveal the Shin Bone Million Dollar Routine and to launch easyheight.com earlier than expected.  In short, it was all of you who urged and forced me to create this website this summer; so do NOT blame on us if we don’t have sufficient proof or evidence.

11) I'm 44 years old.. how is it possible that my legs can still grow? what's the deal with the 18 – 50 year old group?

– Basically, bones will always remodel throughout your entire life.  EVEN if you’re 60 years old, you should see a few centimeters increase in growth in the next few months by following my shin bone routine.

As a result, if u exert a repetitive or POWERFUL force on
ur legs, u will notice a growth in the shin bone at ANY age.. however, I believe that anyone who is between 18 to 50 years should see better & quicker result than the elder crowd; though I have no proof for that.

12)  Sky, there are many Asians with the surname “Nguyen”, are you guys related?  What’s its meaning?
– Actually, people with the last name “Nguyen” are all Vietnamese.  You can easily learn about a Vietnamese if you know his or her name.  For instance, a person whose surname is Sky Nguyen, is most likely a descendant of the royal Nguyen family.  Also, if you were to pronounce Nguyen in English, the result might be Niu-Gen or Nih-goo-yen; thus, this sounds like a Chinese name.  Knowing that the pronunciation is acceptably just one syllable, however, the right way to say Nguyen is Winn.

As of 2003, there are over 81 million people in Vietnam, and roughly half of them carry the surname of Nguyen.  Nguyen means “origin”.  It was frequent practice for a family to change their name to that of the ruling dynasty to show pride and loyalty.  Also, some families were threatened to change their names when a new emperor came to power.  In conclusion, the reason that almost half of the total population in Vietnam and millions of refugees worldwide carry this surname is because Nguyen was the last ruling dynasty in power.

Note:  Nguyen Bao-Dai (October 22, 1913 in Hue – July 30, 1997) was the last Emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty in Vietnam, whose nickname was Vinh-Thuy, was born at Hue in 1913.  He was given the majestic name Bao Dai ("Keeper of Greatness") as he succeeded to his father's throne in 1925 when he was only 12 years old.  Bao-Dai was the 13th emperor since Gia-Long (1802–1819), the founder of the Nguyen Dynasty, who came to power during the 19th and first half of the 20th century (1802–1945).

13) There are times that I feel lost.. where can I find faith and hope?
– Sing your prayers everyday to God, Virgin Mary, saints, or souls of the dead and ask them to watch over you in the next 6 months of training.  If you read the bible, you may know that Virgin Mary once promised to Saint Alano, “I will protect and watch over those who are diligent in praying.”

Remember that there is always a give-and-take.  If you want something, then you have to give something.  Thus, you need to make a promise to God (or whoever you worship) or to your lost loved ones, and pray, “If I could gain a few inches in the next
5 to 6, I promise to pray every night for 1 year starting from today.”

Sky is praying every night to God, Saint Rita, and Virgin Mary for peace & wisdom within himself, peace & love within the souls in heaven, and peace & faith within the hearts of those who are unfortunately sick, poor, and suffering.

14)  What do you think about other growing taller companies who are selling growth hormone tablets, ointment, cream, injection needles, limb lengthening device, shoe insole, bone growth electric stimulator, etc.?
– I said it before.. and I’ll say it again.. my goal is to help people with my very OWN research & experiments.  I don’t want to comment or bad-mouth about others.

15)  I’m 5 foot 7 (1.70 m).  Am I short?
– Yes, you are short.  According to a
U.S. health magazine called AskMen, regular height for a man ranges between 5 feet 8 and 5 feet 11, while "short" for men, according to clothing sizes, ranges from 5 feet 4 to 5 feet 7.

16)  What tends to decrease bone mass density?

- lack of weight bearing exercise

- spending time in the water, (since the buoyant force counteracts gravitational force)

- bed rest
- traveling outside of the earth's gravitational field.

As you will see, the more weights that your shin bone has to bear, the thicker the bone mass density will become.

17)  Why stretching, jumping, swimming, hanging on chin-up bar, may not work effectively?


– Millions of people around the world are dying everyday and are hungry to grow taller.. a majority of them stretch and stretch, in hopes that someday they could gain a few centimeters by doing it consistently everyday.. Sadly, the truth about stretching is that it is unlikely to give you permanent height.. because you’re just stretching muscles, ligaments, and joints.. and the fact is, stretching cartilage & solid bones are the only ways to grow taller permanently (sitting with ankle weights is one way to do it)..

– It is unlikely that you will grow a centimeter from the jumping exercises... I don’t see how jumping up and down like a monkey has anything to do with stretching or exerting stress on your legs..

– Swimming may be a great aerobic exercise, but it's not effective for your bones because the mysterious forces of water act against the earth’s gravitational pull; therefore, your body does not have to bear any weight… you can swim everyday for 2 years and possibly won’t see an inch increased in permanent height.. (no wonder Olympics swimmers are not that tall)..


– Many people stretch on a chin-up bar in hopes that their spine will lengthen.  This method works but it will take 6 months to a year to see any noticeable growth.  However, by strapping ankle weights (30 lb to 40 lb) on your torso while hanging, it may take less than 1 month to notice satisfying growth.  Unfortunately, hanging on a chin-up bar with ankle weights strapped around the torso can be insanely difficult because your hands are not strong enough to bear your entire body plus the heavy ankle weights.. (Sky is currently experimenting the backbone routine with other experimenters and hopes to wrap up our project by Fall 2004).

18)  What’s the difference between regular exercise versus vigorous exercise?
– A regular exercise will not result in bone growth because the force exerted is not sufficient.  Also, a regular exercise may cause bones to remodel BUT it may take years to see any noticeable change.  On the other hand, a vigorous exercise requires a lot of forceful action and weights.  In conclusion, regular exercise does not involve ankle weights & iron plates – thus, you’re unlikely to gain, if any, height.  Stretching is an example of a regular exercise.

19) As far as lengthening the shin bone, do u know if there are any other height increase methods to grow the backbone or thighbone?
- The Backbone & Thigh bone Million Dollar Routine are currently under development.  If you are a Before/After Recruiting member, you will be the first to have exclusive access to these backbone & thigh bone routines before the whole world sees it.  EasyHeight Support Team will phone (or e-mail) you as early as October 2004 to inform you about our developments.

20) If I’m not a Before/After Recruiting member, when will I get the chance to access the backbone & thigh bone routine?
- November or December 2004 (still not sure which date yet).

21)  In simple English, what is bone remodeling?

- bones remodel and will grow due to repetitive forces that u exert.. bone remodeling will ONLY work when an ENORMOUS force is exerted as by sitting with ankle weights.  Bone remodeling is a slow process but can be stimulated to grow faster when exerting a vigorous force and taking sufficient supplements at the same time.

Bone is like clay made out of dirt.  If you exert a colossal force on bone everyday, you can even turn your shinbone into a specific shape.. in this case, by sitting, kicking, or biking with weights, you're gradually shaping your leg to extend further and longer..

22) Sky, i have some doubts.. My doctor says that it is impossible for me to grow after puberty, he also says that limb lengthening surgery is the only solution.. so, how do u stretch solid bone? how exactly do kicks & ankle weights stretch the shinbone & increase the length of my legs?

– Doctors love facts.. and the fact is,
ur bones are fused around 21-25 yrs of age.. but the truth is, very FEW people have succeeded with growing after puberty because not a lot of people know that repetitive or powerful exercises will cause bone to remodel.

Ur doctor may not agree that u can grow; HOWEVER, all doctors and college professors around the world will agree with you that:

 

"Throughout life, bones constantly change and remodel due to the forces exerted."

23)  Sometimes, I think you exaggerate too much.  I’m short and it ain’t a problem.  Why do you make such a big deal about being taller?
- being short doesn't mean that you’re inferior to taller guys.  Some short guys are even tougher than u think.  Unfortunately, I think our society believes that shortness is like a curse and a disgrace to mankind.

Face it, short guys are considered “hot” only when they got lots of money.  Also, if you want to live your normal life as a short guy or girl.. such as, go to college.. graduate from college.. have a job.. then sit at home, pray, and hope that someday that lucky soulmate would find you… isn’t it a fairy tale?  and it will NEVER happen!

Accept it!  Tall guys get all the hot girls, and tall girls get all the attention.  Even statistics on television indicate that taller people have better job positions, sexier partners, happier and wilder lifestyles.

Lastly, all I’m saying is, there are 2 choices: you can be short and live that normal lifestyle and always have a hard time finding a sexy lover.. OR, become taller to live that luxurious
Hollywood lifestyle and receive attention wherever you go and an EXCITING love life with tons of girl/boyfriends.

24)  What are some things that I can do while sitting with ankle weights for 2 hours straight?
-
you can listen all kinds of music/radio, watch DVD movies, talk on the phone, study, read articles, etc.

25)  Sky.. I don’t see you smile in any picture.  You seem extremely focused and serious about your research.  On a side note, people say you’re a very warm & funny guy.. is that so?
- YES!  I’m quite a versatile guy.. I can be serious & sincere when I need to impress or gain someone’s trust.. Also, I may be nice, funny, and sensual when my girlfriend wants me to.. Lastly, I could be aggressive & daring when I know that it is my time to shine.. 


26)  It’s not that I don’t like your shin bone routine.. but I don’t think it’s right for me.. I guess I have to wait for your Backbone & Thigh Bone Million Dollar Routine.. when is it?

27)  I really like your website! It’s very impressive.. the pictures are clear, the explanations are thorough.. By far, EasyHeight.com is the best growing taller site I’ve ever visited.. by the way, who creates this website?
- Sky did.  I scanned the pictures, uploaded them, edited it in photoshop, designed tables & lay-out, categorized stories & links, etc.  It took me close to 6 months to lay out all the ideas, imaginations, and thoughts into EasyHeight.com.  Also, it took me another 4 weeks to create this website.  Therefore, read every single WORD very carefully.. because I dedicated many sleepless nights and thousands of hours into developing EasyHeight.com.

28)  Of all the amazing technology devices, inventions, and drugs rushing out the market nowadays, is there any hope for the future so that we can increase our height from super growth hormone drugs or bone growth electric stimulators?

Not anytime soon.  I’m surprised that scientists, engineers, researchers, and doctors from around the world could never think of a simple way to remodel bones or grow taller quickly.  What’s the secret?  The secret is to exercise vigorously and to increase the intensity by doing it with ankle weights and iron plates.

These doctors & scientists are too busy with expensive devices and complicated surgery procedures.. Maybe, they all want to make millions of dollars from the government and other insurance companies.

In the future, s
cientists and doctors are trying to stimulate bone growth by doing complex surgery on the patient.  Their method is to help patients who have bone fractures that require doctors to augment the body's natural healing process.  As far as developing super growth hormones to realistically help short people grow taller, there is nothing new, yet.

“The bioreactor represents just one approach to growing new tissue and organs. Here on the ground, researchers are working on stimulating new bone growth. By the year 2007, doctors treating bone injuries will be able to pick out of a hospital refrigerator a biodegradable matrix loaded with gene therapy vectors and cellular growth factors, said Cato Laurencin, associate professor of orthopedic surgery at Allegheny University Hospitals in Philadelphia.

       That matrix will grow human bone capable of replacing crushed bones that occur in accidents or fractured bone that won’t heal correctly. It can even be used to replace facial bones destroyed by disease or surgery or through birth defects, he said. 
       The novel approach involves using cloned genes and smart grafts to foster bone regrowth in the area of injury, Laurencin said. Known as tissue engineering, the technique was made possible by the cloning of genes that produce a natural growth factor that allows bone cells to sprout where only dead tissue had been before.”

 

“…Once transplanted, the grafts, grown on a scaffold composed of smart materials that biodegrade in the body in a matter of weeks, continue to release the growth factor, sprouting blood vessels at the injured site. The blood vessels, in turn, provide nourishment to the stem cells that are constantly being produced by our bone marrow, Laurencin explained, and bone cells proliferate.  
       So far, the new strategy is working, growing new bone in injured rats and rabbits within a matter of weeks. Human testing is expected within five years.”

 

29)  Sky, I’m a QUITTER!  I want to give up because I don’t have faith in your routine.. please tell me, who’s an idiot?

- If you want to give up, then go right ahead!  Obviously, you’re not desperate about growing taller.. or perhaps, you don’t care or give a crap about it.. as stated at the front page of my site, this site is only dedicated to SERIOUS individuals who wish to increase their height.. if you don’t have faith in me, in my research or partners.. PLEASE exit my site immediately!

Keep one thing in mind that I ain’t your mother and I’m not gonna lecture or beg you to change your life for the better by gaining some inches.  You have 1 life.. 1 chance to change it all.. 1 way or another.. no pain, no gain.. daringly exercise to increase height and harvest its golden fruits in just a few months.. or bury deep into that rat hole and sleep with cockroaches and maggots for evermore!
