Flashback

 

 

1) I’m at my school’s gym.. experimenting the backbone routine and see what difference does it make when ankle weights are not strapped.

 

2) Me & King getting ready to attend the Wachovia USPRO Biking Championship event.. which is only a few blocks from this location.

3) King sitting in my car.. I’m joking with King and asking if he wants to exchange & let each other borrow DVD movies, such as (Hong Kong Internal Affairs part I & part II & part III, Andy Lau’s Running out of time)

4) Me & King checking out our bicycle saddle bar.

5) Me & King experimenting the shin bone routine… it feels sooooOO good sitting with ankle weights by lying down and rest.. about 2 hours after sitting, your legs feel like walking on clouds!

6) I’m sitting for a few hours and testing to see how a T-shirt (soaked with water) ease the tension of my cartilage, joint, and muscle.

7) Yes, I play basketball.. even though my dribbling is not so excellent; however, I can jump very very high.. this picture is taken at my school’s gym..

8) Raising my hand up with triumph.. it feels good to see those European bicyclists making their stop @ Philly.

9) I’m explaining how sitting with ankle weights works & how Newton’s Law may support this phenomenon.. most importantly, I want to illustrate that the Earth’s gravitational pull is so mysteriously amazing as it helps to thicken our body’s bone mass density.

 

10) I’m @ the bike shop.. about to cut the bicycle saddle bar in half and insert the copper in between so to raise the saddle seat higher for biking.
