Step 1: Use lots of foam on your legs so to protect
any pain or friction. If the foam is
too thick, use the scissor to cut in half and wrap 2 layers on your shin bone.. one layer on your ankle, and
another layer on your sweatpants. |
Step 2: Wear 1 pair of sweatpants, then strap lots of foam or back-support strap on your legs so to prevent any unwanted red marks, blisters, bruises while sleeping @ night. |
