How are Ryan, Juan, and other experimenters are presently doing?

 

*    Ryan is currently sleeping off and on with ankle weights. It’s tough to sleep with ankle weights everyday because you will lose sleep; the ankle weights can be irritating at times. He’s using 6 to 8 lb on each leg (total is 12 to 16 lb on both legs).

*    As of now, Juan does not sleep with ankle weights because he wants to focus on sitting with ankle weights.

What you need:

 

Steps:

Step 1: Use lots of foam on your legs so to protect any pain or friction. If the foam is too thick, use the scissor to cut in half and wrap 2 layers on your shin bone.. one layer on your ankle, and another layer on your sweatpants.

It is so important that you must have a comfortable sleep so that you can have the energy to continue doing the routine the next day. Thus, wearing foam while sleeping at night is must!

 

 

Step 2: Wear 1 pair of sweatpants, then strap lots of foam or back-support strap on your legs so to prevent any unwanted red marks, blisters, bruises while sleeping @ night.

 


Step 3: Strap the ankle weights around the safety pads.


Step 4: Lie down and sleep.. do not use pillow under your head because you want blood to circulate back to your brain so to give you oxygen & nutrients.
