Hello Sky,
It's been a while since my last contact with you. My name is Corin , I'm a 29 year old
house wife currently living in XXX (somewhere in Europe).
The last time I contacted you, I was going to try the hypnosis routine. I started
mid January after my birthday. I failed with the lumbar routine, even tried a
bit of raised seat cycling.
In any case, I had my first growth at 3.5 months, and have grown again
recently. I have increased 4cm so far. I was 5'1.6 and am now a bit over 5'3.
My height has been equal between legs and spine so far. I have about
3/4" split between both areas of my body. I thought about
waiting a few more months to contact you. I still havn't told my husband.
From his world up at 6'2 he can't tell that I've grown. Eventually I will
contact you with my normal email address. This one is on the sly. I would
like to share my story when I have a bit more height. So in the coming
months, if you would like to hear back from me, I will be happy to share my
experiences with you and your website. For now I want to remain anonymous- my
name and my location. Your site has helped keep me going and pushing
forward. It's one of the best gifts I could have, to be taller!
Thank you for the inspiration you put out there. It is making a difference,
and changing some lives! :-) Regards, Corin

Subject: Growth
Hello Sky,
It has been quite a while since I last contacted you. My name is Corin and
I'm still doing the Hypnosis/Meditation routine. I have grown over 2 inches, but want to
continue an additional 6 months to reach my goal of 4 inches. I beleive that
anyone can use this method and get first results within weeks and not months.
I've done some research of my own to perfect my personal routine. I'm also
happy to provide pics of myself to best show the growth, along with a picture
of my last drivers license which shows my original height. I will also be
happy to provide x-rays if you like too. So far my height gains have been permanent.
I started mid January of last year but got my first result the first week of
April. It wasn't until I did my own research that I got real results.
Anyways, all the best in your present endeavors and I will be back in touch
with you again later this year.
Kind regards, Corin

Hello Sky, I was finally able to finish it up. I did forget to do a spell
check on it and it's now on our German computer which ofcourse has a German
spell check. I hope my info was thorough as possible. I'm also more than
happy to answer questions should you come up with a list. If you do post my
testimonial on your site, please only disclose my name and age. Not where I'm
located or give my email address to anyone. I will be more than happy to
provide pics as I mentioned before when I have reached my goal. For the
record my original height was 156 cm and I'm now just a hair under 162 cm.
I'm so very very grateful for your site. When I came across it, I was
determined to be one of your success stories. I'm not interested
in any compensation from you. I'm more than happy to share whatever more info
I can provide. And with time the x-rays should they be useful. Thank you for
giving hope to those like me who hate being short. I'm so pleased with the 2
inches I've gained. I love it!

Corin’s Meditation Routine:
Lie down in a comfortable place, remain still throughout session with closed
eyes. Take slow and deep breaths. Listen to relaxing music.
Each
session should take 30 to 40 minutes 2 times per day. Once in the morning
when you wake up, second time before bed time. Focus on visualizations of
yourself at your desired height. Say to yourself, “I am
5’?” (Whatever your desired goal is.)
My first
experience with height experimenting was a lumbar routine which I tried for 6
months with no real success. About 1 cm. I started looking into the
Hypnosis/Meditation routine. (By the way, I do prefer to use the term
meditation since the word hypnosis is a little spooky and tends to put people
off. In the end, it’s all about relaxing and using your
imagination to accomplish your goals.) I knew of an acquaintance who was able
to push a small tumor up through the surface of the skin by using meditation.
I knew from her experience that amazing things can be accomplished through
tapping into the sub-conscience. Like many of you out there, I’ve
always been dissatisfied with my vertical limitations. So the meditation
routine made sense to me.
I started
meditating January of 2008, using the recommended method by Zixia and others
posted on the site. But after 3 months of struggling with the idea of
visualizing light and energy flowing through my legs, I decided to
do more research of my own on the net. I find that my mind accepts ideas that
are more logical. Once I adjusted my visualizations, success followed within
10 to 14 days (the first week of April). I didn’t really
keep track of exact measurements as I found that constantly checking my
height only discouraged me. But my first growth spurt was about 1/2”. My last
growth spurt was in October. So, within 7 months I am a bit over 2 inches. I’ve
grown almost equally between my legs and my spine. My shinbones have grown a
little longer than my thigh bones. My height has been permanent so far. I
have strayed a bit trying a few adjustments to my routine, none with success.
I believe that’s why I haven’t grown since October. Since the
last 2 weeks I’m back to my original routine which worked best for me.
I will go into more detail through each step of my routine.
When I
lie down, I do my best to remain still. Moving around will distract you from
visualization. By keeping your eyes closed, you can maintain focus
better and not be distracted. It’s said that your conscience and
sub-conscience can have the best connection right before sleeping and again
directly after you wake up.
Taking
slow breaths helps your body to get into a relaxed state. When I spent time
not really breathing deeply, I noticed my meditation wasn’t as
effective. As I exhale, I say to myself, “ I am 5’?”.
I use a relaxation cd that I feel can help me to really unwind. Listening to
a compilation of music that suits you may help improve your ability to relax
and visualize. You want to set up for yourself an overall feeling of “letting
go”. It’s very true when they say you can’t or
shouldn’t force anything. It should come very natural. As if,
you’re embracing what’s going on in the visualization as reality
and not fantasy. I find that it helps to ignore my physical body as best as I
can. Focus on the new you, as if that’s you right now. You
should feel happy and look happy. Very positive overall.
Imagine yourself somewhere that’s real to you. I imagine myself in my
bedroom. Mostly where the room is least cluttered so I’m not focusing
on other details. You need to focus on yourself and how your body looks. (I
think I needed a couple months to really accept the idea of me being taller.
I couldn’t imagine it for the longest time. But I found that once
accepted, I could move forward.) I find it best to imagine myself in a
bathing suit I own. This way I can really see my legs and the length of my
torso. Or
in a slender pair of jeans I own, where I can see how long I want my legs to
be. For men, you may want to adjust how you see yourself in a way that you
can relate with. Maybe buy a great pair of jeans that fit perfect except for
the length. Buy them longer in anticipation of the growth, and visualize
yourself fitting perfectly length wise in them. Whatever or
however you can get your conscience and sub-conscience to work together. The key
is, use things in your visualization that are already real now. So you
get around any conflict within yourself. Don’t forget to involve your
senses in your visualization.
Occasionally I come to a point where I feel true inner peace that my goal
will be reached. You may find that through effective meditation, you will
reach that point. Sometimes during meditating, you’ll lose track of
time and you will reach a mind-body connection. This takes practice and patience.
You want to really let go of reality, worrying, stress and lack of faith. You
have every reason to believe that this method will work. I don’t always
achieve this mind/body connection. It’s not easy. If I was able to, I
believe that I would have already reached my goal.
When setting your goals, try to stay realistic or what’s realistic to you. If
you say,” I want to be 8 inches or 10 inches taller.” You may
have difficulty accepting that. Start out with realistic goals. Maybe, in the
3 to 5 inch range or less. Once you reach the first goal, than move forward
to the next. If you set too high of a standard, you may get discouraged early
and burnout. Something unrealistic is overwhelming and can deter you from success.
Within a short period of time you should begin feeling sensations going through your
legs during meditation. For me, it’s a tingling and sometimes warm
burning sensation. It’s as if the blood is circulating faster or more
intensely. It doesn’t hurt, at least not until growing starts.
You may ask, “How do I know if I’m starting to grow?”
I will share how it was for me, bear in mind everyone is different. I notice pain in
my ankles, knees and maybe hips. Basically the joint areas. It may not be all
day discomfort. Just periodically. Also the muscles will hurt too, and back
muscles. I noticed hormone changes. Increased perspiration, acne breakouts,
and very grouchy as if wanting to hurt someone. Believe me, it’s not
female related issues. It’s as if the growth hormone is surging through
my body and it can be tough to tolerate. I can feel the heightened chemical
changes. The combination of physical adjustments is at times agonizing. It
typically lasts two to three days. I also noticed that from the onset of these
symptoms, within 5 to 7 days the growth actually occurred.
It’s like one morning I wake up and go about my business, and I notice
that the bathroom sink is farther from me than before, or the kitchen
countertop. I also noticed that my spine usually grew first, then the legs.
Refrain from checking too much!
As tough as it is, I firmly believe that checking too often can have a
negative effect on you. Make whatever needed body measurements prior to
starting. Then wait a good 30 to 60 days before your first measurement. I
also found that if I look in the full length mirror too often, it’s
another form of checking and re-checking. Don’t do that!
Don’t worry too much. When doing something like this, it’s tough
not to be a bit paranoid or negative. Remember that your body already knows
how to grow, all you’re doing is commanding it to grow again. Your
sub-conscience will believe anything you tell it. But your conscience will be
the one who gets in the way. You can have really great meditation sessions, and
blow it by being negative the remaining 23 hours in the day. You will undue
all the work you did. Keep account of every idle thought. Your sub-conscience
can hear you when you think negatively or have a lack of faith in the
possible outcome. Don’t view it as “possible”,
view it as “reality”. If you find yourself starting with a
negative thought, immediately replace it with a positive one. Go about your
day to day life as if you know you will be 5’? and do your best not to
worry about it.
Here are a few other small suggestions which
may help in reaching your goals:
Take vitamins (optional): the vitamins I take are Calcium, Zinc, Vit. C, Vit.
D, Beta Carotene, Iron and Magnesium. I won’t make any recommendations
as to dosage since each person has to decide for themselves what is adequate
or too much.
I sleep
on my back with a large pillow under my knees. This sleeping position is said
to be best on maximum relief to the spine. Taking care of your spine may help
it to grow or extend with more ease.
I would recommend taking a yoga class or doing stretching of some kind. In
theory it may help your muscle flexibility and bones to lengthen easier. I
would highly suggest not overdoing any of these methods. I’ve done
relentless stretches and raised seat bicycling with intense resistance and on
and on. I only found myself exhausted and crabby. Over doing any of these
methods will not yield success. If you wish to take on more physical
activities, make a good balanced schedule. Make your goals realistic.
I do believe
that anyone is capable of using meditation to grow. We all have a
sub-conscience. But each person may need their own method of communicating
with it. What works for me may not work for you. What worked for Zixia
didn’t work for me. I did get and read a book “The Power of Your
Subconscience Mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy. He has a few
different methods of meditation which may suit you better. It probably
wouldn’t hurt to buy a book that will help you to better understand the
relation between the conscience and sub-conscience.
Don’t tell anyone. Any of you tired of people telling you that you look
great just the way you are? Save yourself the ridicule and keep it to
yourself. Make this your own private journey. When you reach your destination
than share the good news!
Who
would have guessed that with a little research on the net, Sky’s
website, 60 to 90 minutes a day and an $8 paperback book I would be able to
accomplish something science would normally say is not possible. There
is minimal investment in trying something like this. I’m very grateful
to have come across the Height Experimenters website, because without it I
wouldn’t have been able to get as far as I have. I’m an average
Jane, no better or worse than the next. I’m not highly educated or have
a degree. I’m not here trying to sell anything. Just share my
experience in hopes that it can benefit even one fellow short person. I
believe that anyone can do this. I wish all experimenters the best in seeking out
and reaching their goals.
