Biking with ankle weights


Storyline #1a: December 19 – 26, 2003

Biking was my very first method that I applied to grow taller. I remembered vividly that it was Christmas 2003 and the weather here in Philadelphia was stone cold. Everyday, I rode the bike alone with a raised saddle seat for 3 hours every night for 7 days straight. Back then, I did not use ankle weights because I never knew. After the first week of biking, I caught a cold.. got so sick, was coughing, and couldn’t speak for 1 week.. as a result, I was forced to stop my biking routine.


Storyline #1b: Me & King are biking in my neighborhood (the picture above is for illustrational purpose only).. keep in mind that I used to ride the bike alone every night.

Storyline #2a: January 2004

One week after recovering from the wicked weather.. I was a little depressed and said to myself that Christmas 2003 was one of the worst ever! Somehow, I just kept on going… a few days later, I immediately went online @ Wal-mart.com Sports & Fitness and purchased a stationary bicycle.

Note: Above, picture of my stationary bicycle that I bought. It cost me about $78 US (shipping & handling and the total is close to $100 US)

 

Storyline #2b: Gradually, I began to fall in love with growing taller and quickly discovered many benefits by using ankle weights… there were some nights that I couldn’t go to sleep - I kept my eyes half-open, half-close, thinking hard and grinding out more ideas & thoughts.. in hopes that Virgin Mary & Saint Rita would bless me with a realistic dream..

Storyline #3a: April 2004
Since January 2004, after experimenting many other exercises and routines with ankle weights.. about 3 months later, I began to develop other techniques to bike with ankle weights so that my tailbone will not irritate me.


From picture above, this is my favorite method to bike with ankle weights because it feels so comfortable sitting on a chair.

Storyline #3b: I customize the bicycle by pulling out the chain & removing the back tire.. Then, I anchor the front tire with plastic containers, and put a chair behind the bike to transform it into a stationary bike.
