Method # 1a: I’m lying on a sit-up bench and stretching
my body at a 10-degree angle. I want
to see how effective my spine stretches. |

Method # 2a: It is so much fun as I desperately try to
hug and catch Licong from falling. As you can tell from the picture, Licong looks terrified.
Man, he is screaming like a girl as King (photographer) and I try to
convince him, “my Chinese brother, it’s okay, don’t worry..
I will catch you if I can!” |
Method # 2b: Licong wearing
ankle weights around his torso as his legs are hanging on the chin-up
bar. This method seems like a good
idea to lengthen the spine. Licong tells me that his spine feels so stretched and so
great as if he just received a free Chinese massage (this method is under intense development). |

Method # 3: I’m flipping upside down against the
wall. I weight around 150 lb. I want to see how my spine is lengthened
when the weights of my legs and butt pressing down on me. This picture taken is at the school’s
locker room. |
Method # 4: King is lying on a slanted cardboard and extending his body to the ground.. we want to know how the spine is lengthened when lying at a 45-degree angle. King is wearing ankle weights on your ankles to anchor his entire body so that he would not slide down the bed. |
