Method #1: I’m sitting with ankle weights. Keep in mind that you should NOT sit like this for more than 5 minutes. To protect your knee, lie down as much as possible and only let the shin bone dangle. |

I’m lying down with ankle weights. This is my favorite method because it’s
safe, relaxed, and easy! Note that I
cushion my back and head with soft-cotton pillows. |

Method #1a: I’m about to raise my left leg up and kick. |
Method #1b: I’m doing 10 kicks left leg.. then 10 kicks right leg.. and continue until I get to 700 kicks.. |

Method #1c: I rest every a few minutes during this exercise whenever my legs are tired. |
Method #1d: Then keep on kicking! |
