Sleeping with ankle weights

 

*      How it works:  It’s believed that sleeping with ankle weights at nights it may be possible to grow half an inch within 6 months.

 

*      Experimented by:  Sky

- Athletes, bodybuilders, or physically active individuals tend to achieve slightly better results than others (physically inactive) when sleeping with ankle weights.

*      Level of Difficulty:  Difficult

*    Duration:  3 weeks (February 2005)

*    Result: Failure.  I did not gain any centimeter.
- I experimented to increase height by sleeping with ankle weights.  In the end, I stopped this method because it was very difficult to sleep at night. About 4 hours into my sleep, I was usually awakened by the muscle cramps in the legs which were crushed by the heavy ankle weights. Almost every night during the 3-week period, I was fatigue because I never had a peaceful sleep. Also, I was afraid of long-term health risk that will associate with sleeping disorder.

 

*      Demonstration:

Sleeping with ankle weight was a very stressful experiment because I never seemed to have a good sleep. Like any other routine, I’m glad I did so that others will learn from my mistake.
