Collection
of success stories
Ryan’s memo: These are some amazing success stories that
I’ve collected over the past year. Some
stories seem real and unique; while other stories exaggerate too much and are
not that great at all. Anyhow, read them
carefully because they are very inspiring. As a matter of fact, print them out &
keep a collection of it. Read them again
and again whenever you feel down, frustrated, and lost!
Please note that certain language or words in some success stories are edited
to fit the appropriateness of this site.
My goal is to help people with my OWN research & experiments. Keep in mind that I’m not here to review,
bad-mouth, or give negative feedback about any company, product, or service. Their products and services might just work
if you could be faithful to it and consistency is always the key. Be sure to do some research about that
company or product/service before jumping to a conclusion. Anyhow, what the heck do I know, since I
haven’t tried any height increase product/service.
Perhaps, it may seem like a competition between EasyHeight.com and other height
increase companies. At some level, I
believe it’s about mutual respect; they do their own thing; and I do my own
thing.

Hi everyone, welcome to my height homepage. I use the nickname Eric in the internet to
be easily recognized. My real name is
Fawaz al-naimi. My country is
My age is over 21. My height was 159cm
before I started my exercises, 30 days later I gained 2cm. My current height is 161cm. My current Location is
MY ANKLE WEIGHT PROGRAM
It’s nothing new or fancy, its
easy and many people did it before *as I read* in my e-mail from someone in http://www.network54.com/Forum/201879 the ANKLE WEIGHT is not
something new.
What I plan regarding to this exercise is simply to avoid high pressure to the
joints and stretching the joints down.
That’s why in this exercise I....
· 1-KICK LOW and toward earth gravity: to Pull
the leg joints down. kicking high will make your
joints to move your shin up! which is something
we are not doing and not for getting taller.
· 2-GET OVER
SOMETHING WITH THE LEG THAT DOESNT KICK: Before you start to kick, the leg that
will not kick should be over something, like a box, pillow, anything that will
make your body go higher so your other leg (that will kick) will be higher than
the ground.
· 3-KICK
SLOWLY THEN QUICKLY : Do slow kicks first to move your blood circulation and
heat up your body, then like after 300 kicks or more do the
kicks faster.
· 4-WHAT I
MEAN OF 700 OR 800 KICKS IS: Each leg will do 700 or 800 kicks, and thats by spliting the kicks
number for each leg until each leg reach the equal number of the other leg, for
example, do 50 kicks in your left leg, then switch and kick in your right
leg 50 kicks... then for example, do 100 in your left leg then 100 kicks
in your right leg..
· TIP: It helped me keep up counting, USE your HANDS as total number of 10. like for example, when you kick, 1,2,3,4,5,6,... 10! rise your first finger, then Instead of saying 11,12,13,14,... say 1,2,3,4,... 10! and rise your SECOND finger. your second finger will be like number 20 and your 3rd finger is like 30.. Its an easy way so you can kick very fast and not to worry about counting. you will look at how many fingers you rised to know (how many 10 numbers you did) thats how I do my exercise.
Eric’s other post:
Drink a cup of water but dont drink a lot in this
time, because you will sit without moving for about 2 hours!
* Prepare your protein shake, fill another cup with water and take your 2 cups to be near you without moving yourself to drink them later.
*Put the 10 LBS. with the 5 LBS. ankel weight to make it in total for each leg 15 LBS.(the weight I use is suitable for me, maybe you have to take a lighter one, or maybe more! depends how huge is your body, I am athletic, short , not heavy or light and I weight 136 lbs.)
make sure you can sit confortable
without moving for the next 1 hour or 2 hours! sit in
a high chair without leting your foot touch the
ground! (I Put around 5 pillows under my chair to take
me high!)
Ryan’s comment: I like Eric’s success story. It’s pretty cool and unique. And I believe that he grew 2 cm. Interestingly, his kicking exercise is a
little different than mine because he stands vertically to the ground while
doing kicks.

“My
method to grow (update 2)”
Friend read this...
During several months I read a lot of stuff about height increase and visited a
bunch of forums with this subject. Nowadays, Im
reached a few conclusions very interesting.
First of all forget about all the products that offer you increase your height
“magically” (by example: take our product an you will
be taller in a few weeks-months...Guaranteed). ALL OF THEM ARE SCAMS and the
only thing you will “achieve” with them is lose money and get
frustration...Believe me!!!...Just check the forums....a lot of people
complaining about those scams.
Height increase doesnt work with those products
because for real the only good thing that them can do for you is make you healtier, hopelly, because some
of them contain proteins, minerales, vitamins), but
nothing else, even the HGH doesnt work.
What about the testimonials that they are offering....Let me show you just a
few “real” examples.
Your product really worked...thanks a lot: J. Sabien
(Nueva Jersey).
You are the best....I will recomend your product to
all my friends: M. Rove (
I gain 3 inches in only threee months....Im so glad: My-ass-is-your-ass (
He he he....This last one
is kind of funny, I invented, but also they invented the others.
And what about the guys saying I grew 3 inches in 3-4 months.
Sincerly I dont believe
such a thing and for sure is a lie and they are “just joking”.
The only method, besides the expensive and painful bone lengthening, is
something mixed with exercises, inversion gravity and ankles weights, and dont expect results pretty soon. It will take at least one
month to see any good news, in most of the cases.
This method was not invented for me....I learned from several sources, but I
improved the stuff with my own experience and I achieved the first results.
This is what Im doing daily.
1. I take a shower with hot water. I increase gradually the heat and finish
with hot enough.
2. Then I use inversion boots for 15 minutes (usually I use extra weight on my
body).
3. The next step is kicks with ankles weights in my lower legs (5 pounds each)
Im doing 600 per leg.
4. Finally I wear ankles weights and remain sit for
two hours with some weight attach to my ankles.
Maybe there are others better methods, but i like
this...because works.
You will see results as I do. I grew 2 centimeter and 5 milimeter
in 9 weeks and by the way: Im 37 years old.
Im still training because I want 2 full
inches...Nothing less...Nothing more....
Sincerly Juan.

Juan’s
method to grow up (update 3)
Ok guys here I am as I promised.
I started to work to increase my height in seriously way on 26th. March 2004.
Then to yesterday
I was 1.62 in centimeters on 26th march, since yesterday I am 1.64 and 8 milimeters.
I am 2.8 centimeters taller than before and I achieve this in THREE months.
Three months?...Three month?....Well, maybe you are
thinking: 3 months of “training” and “excercises”?....what
a heck that really means?. Dont think anymore...3 months of training means exactly the
following.
1) 99,400 kicks ( the
first 2 months with 5 pounds ankles weights and the rest with 8 pounds ankles
weights).
2) 130 hours sitting with ankles weights
(the first 3 weeks with 50 pounds and the rest with 60 pounds).
3) 450 minutes with
gravity boots and 20 pounds around my chest (20 minutes daily), during a little
more than three weeks. Im not doing this
anymore because Im complete dedicated to “the
shinbone routine” (kicking and sitting with ankles weights).
How I can say exactly what I did?...Because I have a record of everthing (this is a pretty good idea, because in that way
you will be able to answer the usual questions that people want to do). Also I
can tell you this: In those 2 months I skipped the training 6 times (days), and
was for only 1 reason, working overtime was bad for my training but good for my
pocket.
Kicking and sitting with ankles weights are my priority nowadays (the shinbone
million routine, like Ryans like to call it) and I am
planning to keep myself in this way at least 2-3 months more. We will se what happend.
I think that I will reach the 2 inches in the next months. Im
not completly sure about that but believe me, I will
work hard as usual.
Juan
PS: I’m training nowadays and doing: 1200 kicks and 4 hours sitting with 60
pounds ankles weights (mostly not in a row).

Does everyone agree that ankle weights may be a real way to lengthen the legs? A guy at the other board used it for 3-5 months and got 1 1/2 inches. Wore them with his feet dangling, and sleeping, while watching tv, or just walking I think 10lbs thats amazing isnt it? what do you guys think, I think im going to buy some of my own.

Joey: first of all, you have to remember that I
didn't know about height forums or anything back then...so I did more
variations that I can remember. But anyone starting out should in my opinions
start with all of the free journals and read everything and not just check out
the stretches. Whatever is in there is at least as good as anything I ever
tried. Check out all of them because they don't all have the exact same
information. There is also wealth of old information that people did say
worked, but I guess people forgot about them.
I think you should look into something like Tigga's
method to augment the process (I used to have something like it).
I started SERIOUSLY at 15 and grew 4 inches the first year, then 3, then 2 and
then like 2 I think. I did however lose 2 inches(bad
posture and improper weight lifting form.) I'm 20 years old(maybe
too old to be here?) I don't know exactly because I didn't measure myself until
I went to the doctor(almost never). And no..you're not bugging me. Sigh
this didn't help you at all did it?
Joey: I didn't grow 9 inches with ankle weights. I
grew like 2 1/2 inches with ankle weights. I started young,
I was 5'4 at 15 and then grew to be 6'1. It wasn't just any one thing, a good bit of it was natural (as in by maximizing
full growing potential)
Joey: I got the ankle weights idea from someone I
knew and then saw it again on a post on
Joey: sit with them on a high
surface. Once someone explained that walking around with them isn't really safe(I mean like all day). I used 10 pounds on each leg.
Anonymous: how many inches did you gain? wasn't it like 2 and a half?
Joey:
I think it was closer to three. I
started back a little after this forum was started.. for a few weeks and gained about another half inch.
Joey (
Ryan’s comment: Yes, Joey is the same person who owns that #1

When I was 23 years old I used to cycle to
college which was about 10 miles away - so there and back is 20 miles in total.
I read somewhere about increasing saddle height so your legs are stretched when
you cycle - so it gives a slight pull on the legs. It's bloody sore to start
off with but you get used to it after a week. I done this every day for 4
months (along with plenty of protein drinks) and increased the length of my
legs by over 2.5 inches - increasing saddle height 1/4 inch every few
weeks. I honestly believe that any one regardless of age can achieve this
and more - the legs are literally forced to grow to accommodate all that
pulling and stretching. But I never see anyone else singing the praises of
cycling to increase height - am I the only one?

“Cycling for height”

Anonymous: Well, I don't know if this is true but I know I increased the
length of my legs a few years ago by doing the cycling exercise whereby you
have to make sure your legs are fully stretched. I used to cycle 15
miles a day and the growth was really rapid - and I was 27 years
old. I'm surprised this sort of thing isn't featured more on this forum as
it really works.
Ann:
Was the height you gained in your
legs permanent? How much did you gain? So simply cycling should help or are
there stretches/exercises for the legs specifically that would get the same
results?
Anonymous: Yes it was permanent.
I just made sure I cycled every day and I ate a healthy diet supplemented with
protein powder. I also got at least 8 hours sleep a night. I just can't see why
all you people find it so hard to increase your height - it's easy. If you put
the effort in and stay healthy then the growth will come. An interesting point
is that when I cycled for just 6 to 7 miles a day not much happened but
when I cycled 15 miles every day then I really noticed the increase. I used to
increase the saddle height 1/4 almost every 2 weeks.

“It was me who posted that”
Well I’m glad some people took some
notice of my post –I haven’t visited this site for a while because nobody seemed interested in
this method of height increase. Like I
said you have to do a lot of miles almost every day to notice the effect… 5,
6, 7 miles isn’t enough. You must do
at least 15 miles of hard cycling and make sure that your legs and feet are
stretching every time. If you’re doing
it properly – and eating correctly – it should only take a couple of weeks to
gain ¼ inch. Obviously the younger you
are the better the results you are going to get but you can still get good
results no matter how old you are.
This is the best method of height increase I know and more people
should put the effort in and at least give it a try.

I grew
an inch from cycling.. I joined a serious cycling

I was very pleased with this as I tried 100 other methods
including hanging, stretching and basketball, and I never grew a cm.
Note: 1 km = 0.621 mile 40 km = 24.8 miles

For real? you grew by raising the saddle? I used to ride my bike to work and I liked to make my saddle height really high. I was like 5'4.5 or 5'5 when I was 15 and I became 5'8 when I turned 16. then i got my driver's license and never bike to work again and i never grew anymore.
Let me know if you kept on growing by raising the saddle, I wanna know if it really helps! keep this thread updated!

I've been doing some of the exercises off and on. Do mostly kicking, occasional sleeping with ankle weights. I'm 18 years old and have gained 1.5 cm in less than a month. Not sure if it is because the exercises or natural growth, but I really did not do much exercising..

I do my stretching throughout the day and cut down on the decompression. I keep
my posture straight and stretch the second I get out of bed to keep the inch
that you get when you wake up. I've also started doing 1000 kicks and
then sitting with ankle weights (grown a little over a centimeter in 1.5
weeks).. I also try to do the chair stretching
thing whenever possible, not sure if all of it is bone growth though. Oh yeah I
also have a posture brace, I got it cheap.

Note that hypersipher said he gained 1.3 inches in

causes microfractures and can lengthen the legs...
but we all know everything does not work for everyone.. now
even though this website (edited) doesn't have all the credibility in
the world, the guy said he practiced kicking a heavy bag since he was 12 and a

I got this kicking idea from someone who said they have grown with it, so I
decided to give it a try for myself and for the past 4 weeks as I have
noticed about 3 cm growth, I do the 1000 kicks, about 300+ three
times a day, I do combination of snap kicks, mid kicks, back kicks, high
kicks, and other different kicks. I
don’t know if it really is the kicks that helped me grown, because I’m only 16

I know a lot of you are losing faith in growing taller, but hopefully my
success story will inspire you to keep trying. I overcame ENORMOUS odds and
grew taller. In a year and half, I increased my height from 5'2 to 5'7.
I was getting sick of looking up to people. And I knew I'd be one of the hottest girls around even only I was taller. But I didn't exactly have the tall genes (my parents are 5'2 and 5'8) and at age ELEVEN my doctor told me my bones are ALMOST fused. Yep, at age 11. From when I was 12 till when I was 15, I didn't gain a single inch. I thought
my growing period was over, but then I came upon grow taller sites like this one and decided to try it.
I printed out the nutrition, posture and exercise info from this site and started to stretch every night for about 30 minutes. I also biked for 4 days a week. But the work soon got tedious and boring. So sometimes at night I'd get lazy and not stretch. After one year of
doing this "off-and-on" thing, I was devastated cuz I didn't gain a single freakin' inch. I mean yes I slacked off, but still I stretched on average 4 days a week. Plus, I ate well. AND I bought this product (edited) and took amino acids. FOR ONE WHOLE YEAR. The result? NO GROWTH.
I was pissed. My parents felt sorry for me because they told me I simply don't have the genes. If anyone can grow taller with stupid stretches, then height wouldn't be an issue at all, they said. They also told me not to forget that my doctor did say I would NOT be taller than 5'3. And for a while I kind of accepted that fact. But then summer came and all the hot guys came out and again thoughts of how gorgeous I would be if I was taller began to haunt me. So the summer of 2000, I created a little "plan." Here's what was on it:
Daily stuff:
1.) Drink 3 glasses of milk
2.) Eat lots of protein
3.) Get 8 hours of sleep
4.) Stretch/yoga for 30 minutes
5.) Hang for 10 minutes
6.) Kick with ankle weights (500)
7.) 100 jumps (jump as high as you can)
8.) 1000 jumps on jump rope
4 times a week:
1.) Swimming: 1 hour
2.) Biking: 20 min
3.) Basketball 30 min
I was so excited to start my plan. But wow it was SO MUCH work, especially with school going on. The first week I felt awesome cuz I did EVERYTHING on the plan. The 1st month was pretty cool too. But then laziness came again and I slacked off here and there. Still, I thought I was making fairly good progress. After 3 MONTHES I measured again - OH MY GOSH I didn't grow at all!!!
Nor did I grow at all till the end of that year. But for New Year's Resolution for 2001 I told myself I HAVE TO STAY WITH IT EVERYDAY. I still continued the same program, and I told myself I just HAVE TO keep at it. Because even if I don't grow, I'll know I gave it all I've got. So I worked at growing taller EVERYDAY - relentlessly.
Even if it was snowing outside, even if it was raining, even if I had tons going on, I kept up my schedule. After 1 month I didn't grow at all. But that didn't stop me. After 2 months I didn't grow. I was getting a little impatient after 2 months (60 freakin days) of HARD HARD WORK, but I kept at it. After 3 months though, 3 months of DAILY HARD HARD WORK, I measured myself I thought I noticed that I grew 1 cm. My parents thought I measured it wrong, but at the time I totally believed it. It inspired me so I worked harder. After 6 months I noticed that I had gained one inch. It wasn't a joke!!! It was the happiest day of my life cuz I haven't grown since I was 12!! I kept working harder and harder, cuz my dream height is 5'8. I kept it up EVERY SINGLE DAY.
It was weird though. For the first 6 months, even when I was working my ASS OFF, I only gained my inch. But the longer I kept it up, the faster I grew! The second 6 months I gained 3 inches. It was a miracle! By the end of 2001 I went from 5'2 to 5'6. And this year I just gained another inch. Yes my dream height is 5'8, but I'm pretty damn happy with 5'7 too!
My parents were blown away. My friends didn't even recognize me. I felt SO GOOD - my confidence simply skyrocketed. And now I can't wait till summer to go in my bikini to the beach with my 5'7, 125 lb frame.
Yes, it was just about the greatest achievement I've had. But it wasn't easy at all. Remember, I didn't grow one inch from 12 to 16, and I didn't grow one inch even a year after I started the grow taller program. But keeping it up EVERY SINGLE day did the trick. I spent some money on some crap amino acids, but nothing else. And amino acids didn't do **** in the process. My point is, you don't need to spend money to buy the "secret journals" or "magic slippers". The info on this site is the only thing I used... as well as my determination.
So please don't give up. I hope
my story has inspired some of you. I
promise everything I've said is 100% true. Trust this story, and trust in
yourself. And if at first you don't succeed, you can dust it off and try again.

- Basketball (3x a week) – 2 hours
- Stretch exercises (daily) – 20 min
- Hang on bar (daily) – 20 min
- 500 kicks a day
- Jump and reach (plyometric style) – 10 sets of 10
(daily)
- Visualizing – 10 min before bed
I did for following to condition myself for tennis but they might have played a
part too:
- 3+ hours a day of tennis
- 30 min/day sprint conditioning
- 1000 jump ropes
Diva's response to James:
1) I was 16 in 2001 when I grew.
2) I did about 1/2 Yoga exercises and 1/2 other
stretches. I used the journal with the
100 exercises to grow taller but I didn't follow their routine. I went through the whole journal and picked
out about 15 exercises I felt that can stretch me the most and I just did those
same exercises everyday. (Just try them
all and I think you should have an idea about which one REALLY FEELS like it
stretches your spine.
3) I hang for 5 - 10 minutes daily - 30 seconds
intervals.
4) My legs grew about 2.5 inches.
Diva's response about kicking: I did 500 kicks in each leg. I did them with my jumps because doing 100 jumps as high as you can is just about the most miserable part of my day. So I'd do 10 jumps, 50 kicks, then 10 more jumps, 50 more kicks.. so on. Oh yeah, and I don't check this form THAT often, so if you have important questions e-mail me at tennisdiva713@hotmail.com
Diva's response to Wannabegiant: Yeah I did grow a lot last year from 5'2 to
about 5'8. I think I shrunk about an inch though. I guess the stretching wasn't
exactly permanent. Oh well 5'7 is god enough for a girl. Email me and I'll tell
you my nightmare routine. It might not make you a giant, but close enough.
Her other post: Hey! I was almost 15 when I first started. It took me about 2 years to grow 6 inches (to
5'8) though I shrunk an inch. Even
though I was young, my doctor told me my bones were almost fused when I was
11. So I was against a lot of odds. Keep in mind that this takes a LOT of work
and determination. I kept this up
EVERYDAY. For the first 6 months I
didn't grow one inch. I told myself to
keep it up for 1 whole year. If
nothing happens I would forget it all. After that my work started to pay off.
Here's a tip: When I stretched
for like 1 hour a day it didn't do me any good.
I think exercises that actually make you work like swimming, biking,
especially jumping and basketball are the most helpful. You only need to
stretch for 20 min, then do a
By the way I got scammed by this product (edited) - never buy that crap. It tastes like orange juice with vitamins and didn't do anything. The most important thing is determination. I could have easily given up after 6 months, but didn't. Anything is possible. There are possibilities right now that was never thought possible. It's easy to
dismiss something as impossible, and bury your dreams. But
successful people go the hard way and put in whatever it takes to defeat the
odds. Happy growing!! When u do a slam dunk in the NBA, you can thank me then.

Ryan’s comment:
Though Tennisdiva’s
story seems unique, interesting, and inspiring, I must conclude that her
routine is weak and insufficient. It’s
just my opinion. After all, it’s crazy
that she gained 5 inches from doing so many exercises all at once (when perhaps
kicking is her # 1 source to total shin bone growth; and she’s only doing 500
kicks a day). After all, it took her
close to 2 years in total; a year of trial and error and still no growth, and
another year to gain 5 inches in height.
Perhaps, it might be possible to grow with that routine since Tennisdiva was only 16 years old at the time. If you want to e-mail tennisdiva,
don't expect a quick response. I
e-mailed her a few months ago and wanted to have a short interview with her
about the success so that later i could share it with
everyone. Well, she never replied (and I
cared less!)

told that our growth plates close at around 17 or 18, this is not true. The epiphyseal plates, which is what
they are called do not close until 25. Even this is not permanent, the plates
weaken around the age of 50, this is called
osteoporosis. These plates are what cause long bone growth in the bones of the

these plates are stimulated causing additional growth after puberty. Trust me

raised here on an American diet. It is not a coincidence that most of us short
guys come from areas where the mortality rates were high. (I’m of Italian
ancestry myself) In those parts of the world, our ancestors did not get enough
nutrition and those kids who were shorter and reached the end of their sexual
development earlier since they did not need as much food were usually the ones
that survived to reach adulthood and have kids. Now what makes us short, fellas? Sex hormones, (testosterone and
estrogen). The earlier you produce sex hormones, means the earlier u can
have kids, unfortunately this also means that your growth plates aren’t open
very long either, since sex hormones cause the closure of the plates, but as I
said they’re not completely closed till around 25, so there is hope. So guys,
believe me or not, throw away your money on trash scams, or go with what I’m
saying, verifiable medical advice on how to get taller. Be positive and stay
healthy though, diabetics should consult their physician before taking glucosamine sulfate. See ya when
I hit that 5’11 mark.
Peace.
Ryan’s comment: I’m not sure if this guy’s story is real or
not.. but he seems like a
mutant to me! If glucosamine
does in fact contribute to 1 inch increased in height for anyone 21 to 25 years
of age, then the whole world would be 10 feet tall by now. Also, as detailed in my shin bone routine,
vitamins & supplements only work effectively to remodel bones when an
ENORMOUS force is exerted.

Height increase surgery has been my obsession for the past two years. I conducted extensive research and interviewed dozens of doctors and patients. In April of 2001, I underwent height increase surgery. My name is John and this is my story. My height increase surgery was not a single operation but rather one surgical procedure followed by a program of daily adjustments of the leg fixator to lengthen the leg. I gained over two and a half inches in height. I decided not to have my Achilles tendon surgically lengthened though this would have allowed me to achieve better results. The surgery was done below the knee. This creates the most natural-looking length. In two years I could have another surgery above the knee to lengthen that section by two inches. Now that I have gone from 5' 41/2" to over 5' 7", I do not plan to pursue more height.
In my investigation, I met a podiatrist in The cost in the The most famous institution
in the world is located in Most of the patients I met could not walk for 2-3 months, then required crutches. I rented a wheelchair for 7 months. It gets very difficult and one must have a driven personality to attempt this surgery. Older patients like myself, take twice as long, on average, to recover. My device is scheduled to be removed 12 months after my surgery. I will have casts for 6 weeks. I must be careful for the next 6 months to prevent refracture of the new bone. My exercise routine consists of leg presses and 25 minutes on a stationary bicycle. I work out 4 times per week for 1 hour and take 2000 mg of calcium per day. Limb Lengthening
Surgery: GOD MADE ME small… |

By: Sara Vornamen
Sara used to stand at 154 centimetres, and for years suffered from an inferiority complex because of her short stature. From schoolyard nicknames to her debut as a Lawyer, which saw her defending a six foot five, 240 pound truck driver who was taller than her even when he was seated, Sara wished she could grow taller. Then she found out she could. Through a chance conversation with a friend, Sara learned that a medical procedure existed that would allow her to change her height. She researched the revolutionary Ilizarov limb lengthening method, developed by Russian doctor Gaviil Abramovich Ilizarov, and her mind was made up. At
24, she hopped on a plane, leaving her family and friends behind her, and
flew over ten thousand kilometres to
There, doctors broke each of her legs in four places, drilled wires through her bones, and used pins attached to heavy metal frames to stretch her legs one millimetre per day for three months. At times she was in agony, bedridden, and homesick for family and friends. Her recovery lasted for months. She suffered snapped pins, pinched nerves and the hazards of Christmas shopping with both legs in a cast. But today, standing eight centimetres taller, Sara says every second was worth it, and that she wouldn’t change her incredible experience for the world. “My new height has made kaleidoscopic changes to my physical appearance, my frame of mind and my level of confidence,” she says.
